CARGO: Receptionists

DESCRIPCIÓN:

The Rhode Island Community Spay / Neuter Clinic is a new high-volume, high-quality spay / neuter facility opening in 2010 in Warwick, RI. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, full-time and part-time receptionists. The ideal candidate will have prior veterinary reception experience, excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task, and provide exceptional customer care. Duties include, answering phones, checking clients in/out, making appointments, billing, computer tasks, reconciliation of daily revenue, and general office responsibilities. We are open Mon-Fri. These positions offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
