DESCRIPCIÓN:

Install Scheduler
Description
Responsible for end delivery of product to businesses.
Responsible for Installation of product, Customer Service,
Budgeting,
Dispatching of installers and Management of Field staff
Must be able to use variety of hand/power tools and attention to detail (Customers are in the Graphic Arts field).
Able to be a leader to motivate the staff, complete paperwork, etc.
Good Project Management skills a must.

Responsibilities
• Report on and maintain 95% on time delivery performance
• Coordinate with Installation Supervisor to manage available resources in order to maximize throughput within dept.
• Review with Installation Supervisor to ensure all functions are being closed as they are completed.
• Update, monitor and report on labor settings to reflect actual hours being worked on a daily basis
• Reschedule orders that cannot be completed as originally planned. Inform Sales and or Customer Service immediately of any schedule changes.
• Coordinate final installation delivery dates & times with customer.
• Notify Digsafe in a timely manner prior to any digging requirements (particularly when mechanized equipment is to be used).
• As needed, participate in cross-functional management meetings, including internal job meeting, work in progress meetings, and daily production meetings.
• Works with purchasing to understand OCW requirements and accepted delivery dates from outside vendors.
• Provides coordination for consistent efficient work flow
• All re-work activity must be done officially (through customer service) and with Operation Managers approval before initiation.
• All invoice related activity must by signed by Operations Manager prior to final processing within accounting.
• Coordinate schedules and assist fabrication scheduler as needed.

Timely Decision Making – May be required to make tough decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines and pressure, prior approval from management is required before any action is taken .
Interpersonal – Observes corporate values.
Skills

Highly organized with excellent oral communication abilities.
Ability to translate manufacturing level detailed documents and drawings/understand job requirements to optimize schedule loading
Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work customers is highly desirable
Experience with scheduling software

Experience
Seven plus years in a sign or organization. Experience interacting with manufacturing and installation personnel and customer service employees. Experience with typography. General understanding of all functions from design through install
Education
Prefer an associate’s degree with applicable experience. Appropriate seminars, certifications and company sponsored training programs are also acceptable.
