CARGO: Reading and Functional Math Tutor

DESCRIPCIÓN:

We need a College student or a teacher with interest in teaching HOW TO READ and COMPREHEND for our autistic young boy (20) . His reading level is 6th grade. His expressive language is delayed and comprehension level is about 3rd grade. We will need you to come three days a week at 3:30 to 5:30 PM. If you can come to our home for two days during week days during this time and one of the weekend days for a two hours session (flexible time) , we would appreciate it. Knowledge of teaching autistic children is expected. He will need some positive reinforcement like playing ping pong or play some games in between working on English and Mathematics (addition, subtraction, division and beginning algebra). We use these mathematics for functional applications to buy groceries at shop and daily living skills.
